First, close the Outlook app and make sure it is not running in the background.
Now, press Win+R to open Run and enter “control panel” in it to open the Control Panel quickly.
Next, click on the Mail (Microsoft Outlook) option and press the Email Accounts button in the dialog that appears.
After that, navigate to the Data Files tab, select your account, and click on the Open File Location button.

You can try repairing your PST file to get rid of the error message. Your Outlook data file cannot be configured. To do that, you can use the Outlook Inbox Repair Tool (ScanPST.exe). Here are the steps to do that:
First, open the File Explorer using the Win+E hotkey and go to the below location as per your Office version:

Next, locate the ScanPST.exe file and double-click on it to run the tool.
After that, select the input PST file and press the Start button.
